Prior to playing in The Denver Bonedigger Event this Waiver and Release must be agreed upon by each participant.

In consideration for my participation in The Denver Bonedigger Volleyball Event held on September 19, 2009, the undersigned, independently and collectively and on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, legatees, personal representatives and all those claiming by or through him/her consents to, and discharges, releases and holds blameless and harmless the Denver Bonedigger organizers, and all sponsors and/or affiliates, servants, employees, agents, assigns and successors from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, or expenses for personal or bodily injury (including death), and property loss or damage incurred by him/her or arising out of or in connection with his/her participation in  the aforementioned Denver Bonedigger Volleyball Event to be held at Garland Park 6000 Cherry Creek North Drive, Denver, CO 80224.  I hereby consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken by the Denver Bonedigger organizers or participants on the day of the event in subsequent promotional materials, or for use on The Denver Bonedigger website.

I HAVE COMPLETELY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE FULLY.  I AM AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE VOLUNTARILY.  IN SO GOING THROUGH THE PAYPAL REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE DENVER BONEDIGGER INVITATIONAL VOLLEYBALL EVENT, I AM AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE.  I AM OF LEGAL AGE TO CONSENT TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE.
